What is 'switching' ?

Switching is the process of transferring Direct Debits and standing orders from your current bank to Alliance and Leicester.

What can we switch?

With our account switching service we can switch:

• Direct Debits and standing orders to your new Alliance & Leicester account
• Your main salary or other income to be paid to your new Alliance & Leicester account
• Close your old bank account once the transfer is complete (If you advise us to)
